AI training for leaders teaches managers to use AI in their own work and to lead a team that uses it. Bots & People runs it as short live sessions, small-group coaching and 1:1 sparring, and every participant leaves with use cases picked for their own department and a plan for the team.

Teams follow their managers, so the managers go first

Training 500 employees while their managers are still sceptical is worthless.

Train the managers first and the same rollout works, because leaders open the door to their teams.

Sessions run up to two hours at a time, because that is what fits a leadership calendar.
Learning transfer tasks stay under an hour between sessions, and they happen on their own real work.
Everything happens in the everyday tools they already have access to.
Leaders sit in a session of peers, which creates a safe space.

For the C-suite

Executives can focus on three directions, or on what is currently on their mind

A different specialist runs each session, because coaching personal productivity and advising on strategy are different jobs.

1

Personal AI baseline

The first session is hands-on, in a guided 1:1 setting. The executive maps three to five recurring tasks worth handing to AI and applies a prompting framework to a real one.

2

Strategy and board communication

The executive builds an AI roadmap for their area with milestones and measures, and shapes a board narrative that connects AI to value the business already recognises.

3

Transforming the organisation

The third session covers sponsorship and change leadership. The executive works on governance, champion networks and metrics, and on managing the team's anxiety.

Session four onwards is their own topic, booked on demand, one at a time.

This works for some companies and not for others

Good fit

✓You need to bring several hundred leaders on board to drive the transformation.
✓Your executives are willing to learn about AI themselves.
✓The tools are there, but adoption and top-down transformation are missing.

Not a good fit

·You are searching for off-the-shelf e-learning.
·You want a keynote to inspire the team. We can recommend speakers for that.
·You want a recording to watch at double speed. The exercises happen live.

We're here to answer all your questions

How do I learn to use AI as a leader if I am not technical? +

Every session works on things you already do, like a report or a decision paper, in the same tools your team has.

Are the sessions live or self-paced? +

Sessions run live with a trainer, and a recording exists as a backup for anyone who misses one.

What is the difference between the leader track and the executive track? +

Leaders work in cohorts on their own department: use cases, team activation and adoption. Executives work 1:1 or in small circles on direction, board communication and their own week.

Does this help with the EU AI Act? +

Since February 2025, Article 4 requires organisations to ensure sufficient AI literacy for staff using AI systems. Completing a programme gives you documentation and a defensible baseline, and it is evidence of training rather than a legal certification.

Can this run for our leadership team only? +

That is the normal case. Everything is a closed cohort built around your priorities and your tools. There are no open cohorts at the moment.

How many leaders can go through it at once? +

Up to 50 fit in a journey cohort, up to 10 in a coaching group, and around 100 in an on-site session with facilitated tables.
