Team bootcamp blueprint
A project team of six to twelve people brings a real problem from its own department. Over four working sessions they build two or three AI solutions on your own data, we teach and guide while they build, and the impact gets measured before anyone presents it.
Learning goals
We need access to the data or a sandbox, one person from the team to pick the use cases, and a decision on which tools are approved.
Ideally yes, because the team builds on real data. A sandbox with a representative slice works, and so does an on-site session on your own machines.
Session three exists partly to catch that. A validated "this is not worth building" is a real outcome, and it is cheaper than finding out in production.
You do, and that includes the templates, which is what makes the next team faster.
Yes, and it usually works better, because teams compare what they built.
It is priced per bootcamp, with volume tiers, plus a one-time setup fee. Session count and team size are agreed in the setup workshop.
