The same format, ten leaders at a time

Where the topic is shared rather than personal, coaching runs as a small group of up to ten. It costs less per person, and people find out that the person two floors up has the same problem.

There is also a peer circle variant: a 60-minute kick-off followed by four self-guided sessions over four weeks, in groups of about seven, following a structured peer-consulting protocol.

Up to 10 people join a group session, and up to 7 join a peer circle.
Groups are cross-department by design.
The facilitator protects the protocol, not the content.
Every circle produces something written down.
