Technical training
A business analyst needs a different room than a developer, and a project team needs a third one. So we run three separate hands-on tracks, and people leave each one with a solution they can keep using.
Technical AI training teaches people to build actual solutions with AI: agents, retrieval on company documents, automated flows, and AI-assisted coding. Bots & People runs it hands-on, on the tools the company has approved and on its own data, and every session ends with something published.
How a citizen track could work
Each module is a standalone hands-on workshop of three to four hours, and a typical builder takes five of them.
We adjust these contents fully to your company’s needs.
| Building agents | Automating work | Shipping safely |
|---|---|---|
| Agent basics: build, configure and publish a first agent for a real task | Automated flows with triggers, actions and approvals, measured against a baseline | Testing and analytics: test systematically and read the dashboards |
| Grounding an agent on approved sources, so answers are accurate and cited | Prebuilt AI models for document and form processing, and prediction | Governance: guardrails, data-loss policies, environments and approval paths |
| Orchestrating several agents with hand-offs, to complete a multi-step task | — | — |
Yes. A sandbox with a representative slice works, and so does an on-site session on your own machines where nothing leaves the building.
We teach whichever tools you have approved, from Copilot Studio, Power Automate and AI Builder to Langdock, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, GitHub Copilot and n8n. We are vendor agnostic.
Yes. They ask the hardest questions, and they get to test the limits on their own tasks during the session.
Individual task time changes the same week. Anything measurable at team level takes a quarter, and it is hard to attribute cleanly.
Citizen builders are business people who fix their own processes with low-code tools. The technical track puts engineers to work in a real codebase.
