How we do it
Most AI training treats a whole company as one audience. Somebody who has never opened Copilot and somebody building agents need different rooms, so we run five levels and people enter at the one that matches what they can already do.
The 5-level AI learning ecosystem
People get their first real contact with AI.
E-learning · async challenge · short workshop
100%
How generative AI works, how to prompt it, and where the guardrails are.
E-learning · workshop up to 2 hours
100%
AI becomes part of daily work and people produce outputs they actually use.
Workshop up to 3 hours · a 4-session journey
~80%
People build custom GPTs and agents connected to real workflows.
Journey · workshops · group coaching
~12%
Power users deploy agents and agentic systems at scale.
Team bootcamp · 1:1 or group coaching
~2%
The tools named against each level are examples. We teach whatever you have already bought, whether that is Microsoft, Langdock, ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude or Gemini, and the prompting habits transfer between them.
Measurement
Completion rates measure clicks, and a board wants to see change. These four dimensions get defined before the programme starts.
What can people actually do tomorrow morning?
Is anyone actually using it on a Monday morning?
Did anything change in the numbers?
Can people try things without getting punished?
Skills is the primary lens, because it is the only one we fully control, and the other three turn training into a business case. Pulse checks and a board-ready impact review are included in every programme.
| Skill assessment | Maturity assessment | |
|---|---|---|
| The question | Did the training change what people can do? | Is the whole organisation actually moving? |
| Scope | Individual capability, the learner | Organisational transformation, the system |
| Measures | AI skills on behavioural anchor levels | Outcomes · Skills · Adoption · Culture |
| Cadence | Before and after every training | A quarterly strategic pulse |
| For | Learners and the L&D team | C-suite, CDO, CHRO and L&D |
| You get | Skill delta per participant plus a recommended next format | A maturity score from 0 to 100, industry benchmarks, and gap-to-action |

What comes with it
We run a short skill assessment before the programme. It measures what people can do, so everyone skips straight to what is new for them.
No, and most companies do not. Levels 1 to 3 go to everyone, Level 4 is roughly one person in eight, and Level 5 is a couple of percent.
All three phases take twelve to eighteen months. Phase 1 alone takes six to nine months, and it produces the adoption and hours-saved numbers.
That is the only way we work. We are vendor agnostic, and we anchor the hands-on parts on whatever you have already bought.
Your champions run it, which is what the ambassador track is for.
