Workshop blueprint
People walk out with something they will still be doing in a month. A session runs one to four hours for up to 50 people, and roughly 70% of it is the group working rather than watching.
This is how a three-hour session runs. Shorter formats compress blocks three and four; the ratio stays.
| Block | What happens | |
|---|---|---|
| 1 · 20 min | Warm-up: where the group actually is | A short round sets the level and tells the trainer what to skip. |
| 2 · 40 min | Core: the only input block | It covers the concepts and the guardrails, in under 20% of the session. |
| 3 · 60 min | Guided build: everyone does it once, with help | The trainer walks the room while everyone builds. |
| 4 · 50 min | Challenge and share: everyone does it alone, then shows it | People apply it to their own task and share the result back. |
Everyone brings two or three real tasks from their own week, like a report they write every Monday or a spreadsheet they maintain by hand. We send a one-page prompt for this a week ahead.
