For this learning track there is no previous knowledge required. However, if you know already some of the foundations that will make things easier for you. The goal of this track is to be one step ahead and become a top (automation) seller.
Our certificates are valid for one year.
All our trainers are experts in their field. They are not "just" consultants, but breathe and live automation in their daily work. We work with experts from SAP, adidas, Bilfinger, Deloitte, Wacker and many others to provide you with first-hand knowledge and relevant practical experience.
This depends on what knowledge you already have and how much detail you want to go into. We give a rough time estimate at the beginning of each module and for the entire learning path. However, we link to additional material and further information for those who want to go deeper and invest a little more time. Your academy access will be valid for one year after the date of purchase.
We offer you continuous learning support. If you choose a facilitated learning journey, you will have an Automation Expert at your side who will also be your contact for any kind of technical support you may need. If you have very specific questions about the courses, you can either ask other learners in the community or contact the trainer directly via Linkedin.
If you do not have a facilitated learning journey, you can contact us through our support form in our Academy and someone from our learning team will contact you.
Get in touch and contact us - we’ll provide you with all necessary information.
The Learning Package includes full access to our Automation Academy. That means we have 35+ modules available in English and German. Each module contains a combination of input and interaction. You’ll find learning videos, audios, interactive graphics, quizzes and much more! Check out one of our modules here to get a first impression.
Next to the content, we’ll also offer you a complete learning experience with a personalized profile, a community access, a learning inbox for individual chats and rewards that you can earn. You have the ability to take Exams as well and earn certificates.
This is dependent on what learning track you want to do. The single modules are labeled from A-F, the rule of thumb is here: the earlier the letter in the alphabet, the easier the module is. If you don’t know where to start, go with the Automation Starter first and make your way through the other modules as you go.
A facilitated learning journey includes a set-up phase where we jointly define the relevant learning objectives, schedule and delivery. After the set-up phase, we support and guide the learners through the academy content and accompany this with several live sessions. This way, the learning group is fully guided and knows exactly what to do and where to ask questions. At the end, we also collect feedback and do a retrospective. Facilitating a learning journey can take varying amounts of time, but experience shows that most learning journeys last between 4 and 12 weeks.
We also offer "Access-Only"-Packages, if you don’t want a facilitated learning journey and rather learn the content in your own speed (min. 10 seats).
We believe in some core values at Bots & People that are also reflected within our Academy:
At the moment, we do not offer individual packages. But we encourage you to talk to your manager, teammates, or L&D department to find like-minded people. If you are a group of interested automation learners, contact us. In some cases, we can provide learning trips for as few as 3-4 people. Let's find out!
